More House Farm was a traditional dairy and arable farm. Farmed by 3 generations of the Burgoyne family. It is still a working farm with arable land and an Aberdeen Angus suckler herd. There are also 3 recreational coarse fishing lakes.

Conversion of the farm buildings into offices and storage units began in 1989 and, with the sale of the dairy herd in 2006, developed further to incorporate all the former dairy buildings and barns.

There are currently 40 office units varying in size from 200 sqft to 500 sqft.

60 workshop and storage units from 150 sqft to 2000 sqft and a large open area of hard standing for storage and parking.

There is ample free on site parking.

More House Farm is located on the busy B2112 with easy access to Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and beyond to the A23 & A27.

OFFICES AND STORAGE

Offices range in size from 200 sqft to 500 sqft. All have independent heating systems, individually metered 3-phase electricity, ISDN and broadband communications. There is ample parking and centralised serviced WC blocks around the farmyard. We are visited daily by a mobile sandwich and deli company.

There are 50 20ft x 8ft standard shipping containers available for storage.

We are happy to discuss specific needs to tailor your office to your individual requirements. We pride ourselves in a simple license/ hire agreement and personal landlord/ tenant relationship.

SECURITY

We have 24hr CCTV security with multiple cameras around the farmyard.

Security gates are shut over night on an automated timer with an access code.

There are several residents in the farmyard including the landlord.
